Imperial Cabal page will be the main page that will focus on Caiatl’s army. I will be building this page up. Emissaries is just a group of aspiring warriors who are trying join her War Council.
The War Council is pretty much the empire high command who have a say of sorts with the direction the Cabal enact their battle plans. Caiatl offered us a seat, but we refused. A lot of the Cabal are trying to prove their worth to Caiatl and join it.
